- Face-to-face counseling sessions are strictly by appointment only with no accommodation for walk-ins or urgent matters.
- The waiting period for appointments will vary based on the counselors’ availability. Therefore, it is advisable to consider selecting 1-3 counselors.
- Each session lasts 50-60 minutes. The fee is RM180 per session or RM450 for a package of 3 sessions. If the session exceeds the scheduled time by 15 minutes, an additional fee of RM90 per session or RM75 per session in the 3-session package will be charged.
- Counseling services are exclusively conducted at the CETC counseling room.
