Leinad holds a Master’s degree in Educational Counselling (National University of Malaysia), and an MBA (University of Malaya). He is certified in the Satir Growth Model (Green Pastures, Hong Kong) and had completed professional training in Family Dynamics and Transformation (Professor Yang Bei, Taiwan).
