    • Explore practical techniques for reducing access to means, with a focus on what’s feasible and effective during phone or digital interventions.
  8. Safety Planning and Follow-Up
    • Evidence-based approaches to collaboratively create safety plans, including strategies to ensure follow-up and continuity of care
  9. Quality Monitoring
    • Introduction to tools and techniques for monitoring call quality, supporting counsellors, and ensuring consistent, high-quality crisis intervention.
