Delivery Policy of Merchandise/Product

1. Delivery Time

  • Once the payment is done, LLAM will confirm the order and ship it within one week.
  • Once the item is shipped out, LLAM will notify the customer via email, including the tracking number of the package and the tracking method.
  • If you receive our shipping notification, it means that your order has been shipped. For West Malaysia, it takes about 3 – 7 working days to be delivered (depending on the delivery speed of the express company); in East Malaysia, it takes about 7 to 14 working days to be delivered.

Refund Policy of Merchandise/Product

  1. Returns, exchanges and refunds are not applicable for successfully delivered non-defect items.
  2. After successful payment, the order cannot be cancelled and is non-refundable.
  3. Returns and exchanges should be requested within 3 days of receiving the items and items should be returned within 14 days from the date of received.
  4. For returns and exchanges, kindly contact LLAM within 3 days of receiving the items to inform the reason for the return and exchange. The email has to be attached photos and receipt of the defective items. LLAM will censor and process the request. Only for items that met the return and exchange conditions, LLAM will further arrange the return or exchange.
  5. Returns/ Exchanges are only applicable for the following reasons:
    1. if any Product is defective or non-artificially damaged; or
    2. if the wrong Product which is different from the Order is delivered.
  6. Refunds are only applicable for the following reasons:
    1. If any Product is out of stock (for example, the book is out of print) or for some reason, the ordered Product is not purchasable; or
    2. if a Customer is charged more than the value of a Product as displayed on the site when the Customer makes its Order, the Company shall refund to the Customer the difference.
  7. LLAM will be responsible for the postage for returning defective goods. LLAM will arrange for the delivery company to pick up the items, and after confirming that the conditions for return and exchange are met, we will process the returns or exchanges.

Refund Policy of Physical Program, Online Webinars and E-learning

  1. Refunds and transfers of enrollment for E-learning courses will not be accepted.
  2. All online and physical volunteer training/ course/ workshop/ lecture/ activity (all referred to as the course below) refunds or transfer requests must be made and processed at least two weeks before the course commencement date. No refunds or transfers will be accepted within two weeks of the commencement date.
  3. If a course has stages, such as introductory and advanced levels, the refund policy applies to the first day of the beginner stage, which marks the commencement of the course.
  4. Course refunds or transfers of enrollment are applicable only for the following reasons:
    1. Changes in the course arrangement by the organizer; or
    2. Participants choose to withdraw from the course for specific reasons.
  5. If there are changes in the course arrangement by the organizer, students are eligible for a full refund.
  6. For participants who choose to withdraw from the course for specific reasons, they can choose either:
    1. Transfer of enrollment
      1. Participants must independently find other participants for the transfer and resolve the cost transfer, and notifying LLAM of the transferee’s details.
      2. LLAM will not assist in cost-related transfers and will not provide standby slots.
    2. Withdraw from the course
      1. 1. Participants must submit a written application (stating the reason and attaching supporting documents) via email to register.lifeline@gmail.com 
      2. Upon successful application, LLAM will arrange an 80% refund of the registration fee. The remaining 20% administrative processing fee will not be refunded.
    3. Withdraw from the course due to force majeure
      1. Force majeure include: accidents, surgeries, etc. (Subject to the LLAM’s discretion).
      2. Participants must submit a written application (stating the reason and attaching supporting documents) via email to register.lifeline@gmail.com 
      3. LLAM will conduct a review, and if the application qualifies, arrange an 80% refund of the registration fee. The remaining 20% administrative processing fee will not be refunded.
  7. The Association has the right to determine the amount and method of refund. Refund conditions will depend on the situation, and the Association does not guarantee to process all refund requests.

Term & Condition (Payment Other than donation)

All online and physical course/workshop/lecture/activity (all referred to as the course below)

1. If registering in two pax, both participants must fill in the registration form separately.

2. After submitting the registration form, please complete the payment to confirm the registration.

3. Please refer to “Refund Policy” for course refund or transfer quota.

4. The content of the course is the intellectual property of the lecturer, thus it is not allowed to take photos, record or video without permission.

5. LLAM reserve the right to use photos and videos taken in the course for external publicity and publications.

Receipt

  1. In order to start promote “Go Green with Paperless”, LLAM will no longer issue hard copy receipt for any payment other than donation in future, you may refer to the “Payment Confirmation or Payment Successful” email in your registered email address (including Spam/Junk) as your reference for the said transaction.
