This course will guide you from understanding everyday emotional distress to recognizing crisis signals. You’ll learn a simple yet effective approach that empowers even non-professionals to provide support and companionship.

Blending principles of short-term support and mid-term accompaniment, this training includes hands-on practice and real-life case studies to help you better respond to individuals with suicidal thoughts — while also taking care of yourself.
