Delivery Policy of Merchandise/Product
1. 配送时间
- 完成付款后,本会将在一周内确认订单并发货。
- 发货后,本会会以电邮方式通知顾客,并附上包裹的快递单号(Tracking Number)及查询方式。
- 如果收到发货通知,表示所订购的商品已发货。西马地区约 3 – 7个工作日收货(依快递公司发货速度而定);东马地区约 7 – 14个工作日收货。

1. Delivery Time
- Once the payment is done, LLAM will confirm the order and ship it within one week.
- Once the item is shipped out, LLAM will notify the customer via email, including the tracking number of the package and the tracking method.
- If you receive our shipping notification, it means that your order has been shipped. For West Malaysia, it takes about 3 – 7 working days to be delivered (depending on the delivery speed of the express company); in East Malaysia, it takes about 7 to 14 working days to be delivered.
