Delivery Policy of Merchandise/Product

 

1. 配送时间

  • 完成付款后，本会将在一周内确认订单并发货。
  • 发货后，本会会以电邮方式通知顾客，并附上包裹的快递单号（Tracking Number）及查询方式。
  • 如果收到发货通知，表示所订购的商品已发货。西马地区约 3 – 7个工作日收货（依快递公司发货速度而定）；东马地区约 7 – 14个工作日收货。

1. Delivery Time

  • Once the payment is done, LLAM will confirm the order and ship it within one week.
  • Once the item is shipped out, LLAM will notify the customer via email, including the tracking number of the package and the tracking method.
  • If you receive our shipping notification, it means that your order has been shipped. For West Malaysia, it takes about 3 – 7 working days to be delivered (depending on the delivery speed of the express company); in East Malaysia, it takes about 7 to 14 working days to be delivered.
