- 面谈辅导服务仅限预约安排，恕不接待临时来访及不便处理紧急事宜。
- 预约等候的时间会依据辅导员的档期，因此，鼓励在选择辅导员时，可选择1-3位。
- 每次面谈时长为50至60分钟。单次费用为 RM180，一次性预约3次费用为 RM450。若面谈时间超出预定时长15分钟，单次面谈将额外征收 RM90，一次性预约3次的每次面谈则将额外征收 RM75。
- 所有面谈辅导服务只限在生命线95推广中心 (CETC) 的辅导室内进行。
