  1. \u7ebf\u4e0a\u3001\u5b9e\u4f53\u8bfe\u4e4b\u8bfe\u7a0b\/\u5de5\u4f5c\u574a\/\u8bb2\u5ea7\/\u6d3b\u52a8\uff08\u4e0b\u9762\u7686\u4ee5\u8bfe\u7a0b\u4f5c\u4e3a\u7edf\u79f0\uff09\u7684\u9000\u6b3e\u6216\u8f6c\u8ba9\u540d\u989d\uff0c\u987b\u5728\u8bfe\u7a0b\u5f00\u59cb\u7684\u4e24\u5468\u4e4b\u524d\u63d0\u51fa\u7533\u8bf7\u5e76\u5904\u7406\u5b8c\u6bd5\u3002\u8bfe\u7a0b\u5f00\u59cb\u524d\u7684\u4e24\u5468\u5185\uff0c\u4e00\u5f8b\u4e0d\u63a5\u53d7\u4efb\u4f55\u9000\u6b3e\u53ca\u8f6c\u8ba9\u540d\u989d\u3002<\/li>\n

All online and physical course\/workshop\/lecture\/activity (all referred to as the course below) refunds or transfers must be submitted and processed latest by two weeks before the course. Within two weeks before the start of the course, no refund or transfer of places will be accepted.<\/li>\n
                2. Refunds or transfers are not acceptable for E-learning.<\/li>\n
                3. Course refunds\/transfers are only applicable for the following reasons:\n
                    \n
                  1. The organizer has made changes to the course arrangement; or<\/li>\n
                  2. Participants opted out of the course for specific reasons.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
                  3. If the organizer changes the course arrangement, participants can get a full refund.<\/li>\n
                  4. Those who opt out of the course due to specific reasons can choose:\n
                      \n
                    1. Transfer of course places\n
                        \n
                      1. Participants have to find other participants by themselves and settle the transfer of quotas themselves. After that, participants have to inform the association of the transferee’s personal and relevant information.<\/li>\n
                      2. LLAM is not responsible for assisting in the transfer of quotas and not responsible for providing the waiting list.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
                      3. Exit the course\n
                          \n
                        1. Participants have to email to register.lifeline@gmail.com<\/a> and submit an application.<\/li>\n
                        2. This will charge 50% of the registration fee for administrative purposes, and only refund 50% of the registration fee in the form of cash vouchers.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
                        3. Withdraws from the course due to force majeure\n
                            \n
                          1. Force majeure factors include: accidents, surgery, etc. (LLAM has the right to veto)<\/li>\n
                          2. Participants have to email register.lifeline@gmail.com<\/a> to submit an application and provide proof.<\/li>\n
                          3. On a case-by-case basis, LLAM will censor and process the request. Only for applications that met our requirements, LLAM will fully refund by means of cash vouchers.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
                          4. The Association has the right to determine the amount and method of refund. Refund conditions will depend on the situation, and the Association does not guarantee to process all refund requests.<\/li>\n
