              Leinad Kong is a registered counsellor and certified training facilitator who specializes in the Satir Growth Model, offering therapy and counselling for adolescents, couples, and families.<\/p>\n

               <\/p>\n

              He conducts workshops and training courses for various organizations, including NGOs, parent groups, youth organizations, and public lectures. His topics include the Satir Growth Model, personal iceberg, parenting, intimate relationships, and family systems. He has also appeared as a guest speaker on Ai FM, discussing couple relationships.<\/p>\n

               <\/p>\n

              Leinad holds a Master’s degree in Educational Counselling (National University of Malaysia), and an MBA (University of Malaya). He is certified in the Satir Growth Model (Green Pastures, Hong Kong) and had completed professional training in Family Dynamics and Transformation (Professor Yang Bei, Taiwan).<\/p>\n

              In recent years, Leinad has dedicated himself to integrating the principles of the Satir Growth Model into interpersonal relationships and team learning in psychological education and counselling. He promotes experiential learning and dialogue practices to cultivate individuals who can “Lives touch lives”.
